Donny's top 10 things to do in the town centre this week

Week commencing Monday16th September

Just because the event-packed St Leger Festival is over, don't think there's nothing on in town. Far from it!

Here's Donny's top 10 highlights for the week...

1     Doncaster Little Theatre has the farce 'Splish Splash' all week...

2     Top Thin Lizzy tribute band Limehouse Lizzy play the Leopard on Friday...

3     Our new performance venue Cast presents the bonkers 'Inspector Norse' on Weds and Thursday...

4     The Frenchgate hosts the visiting 'Agora' Greek themed market from Weds to Saturday...

5     'Horsing Around' is a free exhibition of horsey art at the Museum and Art Gallery all week...

6     The Cask Corner Dive Bar plays host to popular band Crosscut Saw on Saturday...

7     The Museum's the place to be on Wednesday lunchtime for classical pianist Martin Jacoby's gig...

8     Friday sees a Gala Charity Evening at the Minster with the excellent Shirebrook Miners Band...

9     Top local duo Rita Payne have a gig at Cast on Saturday night...

10   Goose Hill is the location for Wednesday's twice-monthly local Farmers Market...

For more about the above - and for daily information about what's on in the town centre and a whole lot more besides - you could do worse than visit either www.facebook.com/DonnyTC or www.twitter.com/donnytowncentre regularly.

Donny would hate for you to miss a thing!
